Online Order: Click here to start a return or replacement by mail. Returning an Online Order to a Store? For online purchases that are being returned in store, simply provide your original receipt or packing slip.
Online, Pickup In Store Orders: Items picked in store or via curbside can be returned to one of our stores.
You have up to 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit. You can find our full policy here.
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after the 30-minute remorse period. You may refuse delivery with the carrier or start Return Online or In-store. Click here to start the return process.
