tips for building the perfect charcuterie board

• The key is abundance. You want to make your board look full, lush, and inviting.

• Start with the cheese: soft (goat), funkier (Camembert or Brie), hard (cheddar or Manchego), and a blue.

• Pro trip: dress up the goat cheese with a drizzle of honey and cracked black pepper.

• For meats (the salty moment): try hard salami and prosciutto.

• Add some sweet notes: figs, honeycomb, and apricot jam.

• Fruit: For a pretty, frosted grape look, dip them in water, roll in sugar, and put in the freezer.

• Decorate with rosemary for holiday touch.

• Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, or pecans. And a brining moment like olives or capers.

• Don’t forget the crackers!

for a festive mocktail

For a tasty twist on a Moscow mule, I use ginger beer, cucumber, lime, and mint. And serve them on a cute and portable bar cart from Studio 3B™.
