• Our delivery partner will text you when the order has been picked up and it's on its way
• Your order will be dropped off at the door unless delivery instructions were provided in checkout
• If our delivery partner attempts deilvery but you are not available, and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number you provided during checkout
• If the driver is unable to complete delivery for any reason, the product will be returned to the store and your refund will be submitted for processing

• Most products that are in stock at your local store will be available for Same Day Delivery
• Oversized and overweight items may not be available

• Check the status of your order here. If product is showing delivered, check around your home to make sure the driver didn't leave the product in a concealed location. If you are still unable to find your product, click here
• If we were unable to deliver your product, the status will show returned. The product will be returned back to your local store and your refund will be submitted for processing
