My Rewards is a program designed to reward our customers for shopping and engaging with us.
A customer must have an active Bed Bath & Beyond and/or buybuyBABY Account to view and redeem value. If the customer did not have an existing account prior to the eligible purchase being placed, they must create an account with the same email (from the order) to access My Rewards earned.
My Rewards can be redeemed in store at Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY and Harmon Face Values.
My Rewards can be redeemed online at bedbathandbeyond.com and buybuybaby.com by logging into your account; available My Rewards rewards will automatically be applied at checkout.
Simply log into your Account on your mobile device and access the My Rewards landing page. For any value, there is a Redeem in Store button. Tap this button, which will send an email with the barcodes(s) to the email associated with your account. Present the barcodes(s) from your email to cashier for scanning.
You can use My Rewards on hundreds of thousands of items.
My Rewards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. My Rewards cannot be used for portrait studio services. There are no service fees connected with the use of My Rewards value. Value cannot be redeemed until activated. If you choose to print from your Account for use in store protect that print out and treat it as you would protect cash. This value is issued by BBB Value Services Inc.
You cannot earn My Rewards on gift card purchases, portrait studio services, Ship or Swap purchases or Group Gifting purchases.
There can be instances where My Rewards you earn during promotional time frames will expire and these time frames will be viewable in your Account. Unredeemed value will be lost.
No. My Rewards is non-transferable and unique to you. You cannot transfer (or sell) My Rewards. Any Account holder suspected of this may lead to forfeiture of acquired value and possible suspension or termination of the Account(s).
A coming soon tile for earned value should appear in the Account immediately after a purchase is made that reached a promotion threshold. It will indicate the value that will be redeemable at a future date. In addition, My Rewards become available only after all items are shipped or picked up. If all items in the order(s) were shipped or picked up, and you still do not see it in your Account with the same email address you used to create the order, please click herehere for help.
Yes. My Rewards become available in the account associated with the email address on the order, only after all items are picked up.
If you return items that were eligible for a promotion, and the refund you receive results in a subtotal below the promotion threshold, unredeemed rewards will be canceled. If rewards were redeemed, the refund amount will be adjusted.
Orders placed using My Rewards/Gift Cards as tender, will be refunded in the form of My Rewards to the email account associated with the order.
